⚖️ How is "Best LPA" decided?
The recommendation is not a weighted formula — it's a deterministic filter:
- Pull every LPA from
lpa_statisticsmatching your proposal type filter. - Apply a hard floor of ≥75% approval rate.
- Sort descending by approval rate.
- Pick the top result; show the top-5 for comparison.
This deliberately favours raw approval likelihood over speed or volume. If you care about decision speed, change the "Sort By" filter to Decision Speed (fastest) and use the full search instead.

📊 Data sources & freshness
Approval rates are point-in-time and reflect what the LPA actually decided — not what officers recommended. Volume-low LPAs (under 50 decisions/year) have higher variance.
